Homework Policy
Students
will have homework every night Monday through Friday. Typically daily homework consists of reading 30 or more minutes,
math, and 1-3 other assignments. Exact homework assignments
can be found in 3 locations;
1- student agendas which should be kept in student binder and carried back and forth from school to home and back.
2- homework board on the back whiteboard in class.
Daily
homework is due the day after it is assigned unless otherwise
specified. Homework turned in 1 day late may receive a reduced score. If a student has been ill, he or she
has as many days absent to complete the homework as well as all missed
classwork.
Homework will average about an hour everyday. This means there will be days
homework will take less than an hour and some days it will take longer
than an hour of concentrated work.
