We are pleased to welcome students back to school in a hybrid model beginning Monday, September 21, 2020. Our phased reopening plans allow for some Special Education students to return to school beginning Monday, September 14, 2020. Next week you will receive information about your student’s hybrid learning schedule along with a reopening guidebook to help prepare for what to expect as it relates to physical distancing, school policies and updated timely testing capabilities. The return to on-campus instruction will not have any impact on students enrolled in Rocklin Virtual Campus (RVC). We look forward to starting this new chapter together!

School Schedule
Please note that our Kinder and 1st grade students attend school M-F in either the AM or the PM. Students in our 2nd-6th grade program, attend on either the A (T/TH) or the B (W/F) schedule and alternate attendance on Mondays, with every day ending at 1:20 allowing teachers time to prepare quality distance learning plans on off days.
While everyone will continue learning, knowing when to start 'in-person' is important since not everyone will come at the same time.
On Monday, September 21:
K and 1st grade:
All K and 1st-grade students will start on either the AM or PM schedule with the early release Monday schedule. The following day will be the regular AM/PM schedule. Both are detailed in the bell schedule above.
2nd-6th grade:

- Group A students will continue distance learning at home. Please follow instructions from your teacher about the morning live meeting and scheduled asynchronous assignments.
- Group B students will attend in person on campus from 7:50 a.m. to 1:20 p.m.
After this Monday, continue to follow the monthly schedule for subsequent daily attendance for each group.
Hybrid Group A and B Assignments:
You are now able to locate the group assignment (A or B) in the Aeries Parent Portal as of 5:00 p.m today. To access this information follow these steps:
After logging in to the Aeries Parent Portal go to the Student Info tab, select Demographics, and
find the Hybrid Group in the lower right-hand corner.
For K and 1st Grade students Group A means they are in the AM session. Group B means they are in the PM session.
